Forgotten EE WiFi account login details

Password Reset

If you can't remember your password, and you've given us your UK mobile number we can text you a new password - just enter your EE WiFi username and click Go.

This won't work if:

• you've made a mistake typing your username - check you aren't using capital letters and that spelling is correct (if you've copied and pasted your username, make sure there's no space after it)
• you haven't recorded your mobile number in your personal details information
• you use another access provider - please contact them about your password
