Forgotten EE WiFi account login details

Reset your password

If you can't remember your password and you've given us your UK mobile number, we can text you a new password. Just enter your EE WiFi username and click Go.

This won't work if:

you've made a mistake typing your username - check you aren't using capital letters and that spelling is correct (if you've copied and pasted your username, make sure there's no space after it)
you haven't recorded your mobile number in your personal details information
you use another access provider - please contact them about your password
